What a fun show last night–as I admitted earlier, I’d never been to this legendary club prior to last nights show. Now I know I’ve been missing out for a long time! Thanks to the club for having us and to everyone we met who came to see us in New Jersey and also those who made the hike from NYC (& especially those who made it down from Queens!

Next Month in DC with ENON
March 12, 2008
We’ll be playing IOTA on Wilson Blvd. in Arlington on April 4th with the inimitable Enon. (The photo below is of a model of japanese robots that shares their name.)
In other news, Insound has featured ‘Giving Tree’ as their song of the week–
And lastly, for anyone who missed last week’s show at Southpaw with Hey Hey My My from Paris, the fantastic music blog, What To Wear During An Orange Alert, has posted a review here.
New Shows w/ Lemonheads, Helio Sequence & more
March 10, 2008
Lots of new shows to tell you about….
First, off on March 20th, we’ll be making our Hoboken, New Jersey debut at Maxwell’s with God is an Astronaut. I’m sort of embarassed that, after living in New York for so many years I’ve never even been to this club.
Then it’s up to the Paradise in Boston on April 1st where we’ll share the stage with Evan Dando and his Lemonheads. The show is sponsored by the amazing local radio station, WERS, who have kindly been playing our record on the air recently (or so my Boston friends have told me).
After that, back to the Bowery Ballroom in New York to open for Helio Sequence on April 3rd.
And if you’re in the midwest, don’t forget to check out the dates for our mini-tour out there in mid-April.
Time to get serious…
